My Role

I owned the backend APIs end-to-end and led integration with front-end contractors—defining API contracts, guiding UX integration patterns, and shipping the MVP’s core “data chat + issue tracker” workflow.

Stack: Bubble (front end), Python (backend APIs), Google Cloud Platform / Amazon Web Services (deployment/auth/database), TorchServe (LLM serving), DigitalOcean Managed Redis (inference + retrieval caching).

Problem

Sell-side diligence is slow, messy, and high-friction—founders waste weeks assembling materials, answering repeated questions, and tracking follow-ups across advisors and buyers. (If you keep the failure-rate stat, add a citation link here.)

Solution

Syncquire helps founders run pre-diligence and diligence faster by turning deal documents into:

• Real-time data chat: ask questions across uploaded files and get grounded answers
• Issue tracker: capture buyer questions, assign owners, and track resolution status through diligence

What I Built (MVP)

• Backend API layer for document ingestion + retrieval-backed chat
• Caching layer to reduce repeated inference/retrieval latency and stabilize costs
• Auth + multi-tenant data separation to support multiple companies/deals
• API contracts + integration patterns for the Bubble front end
