- Delivered $225K calculated labor savings by optimizing parts-management workflows and building a computer-vision extraction tool to capture pick-ticket barcodes + part dimensions (Python + deep learning + RDBMS).
- Supported a $1M+ anomaly-detection initiative (ARISE): modernized a frequency-domain autoencoder pipeline for IMU anomaly analysis with spectrogram inputs + reconstruction-error evaluation (PyTorch).
- Improved ARISE ranking quality by increasing weighted Kendall Tau from 18.7% → 82% via a redesigned cross-correlation metric for IMU time-series comparisons.
- Accelerated ML experimentation workflow by 3× by building an asynchronous pipeline that reduced bottlenecks and improved throughput.
- Built a 0→1 NLP pipeline to parse 1000+ legacy SharePoint sites and launched a governance dashboard (Tableau + PostgreSQL) to track export-controlled vs non-export-controlled content.
